How should I prepare my home for the move?
Consider how our movers will be able to navigate your pickup location. Your hallways and doorways should be clear of clutter. Please finish packing prior to moving day, as this will speed up the moving process. Check on any restrictions for the truck size and notify the movers if you need to move any oversized items.
Should I empty my dresser drawers?
Yes! When moving, all drawers must be empty of items so we can safely transport your furniture. Drawers that haven’t been emptied could lead to additional packing charges.
Will your moving team take apart and reassemble my beds?
Yes. We offer bed disassembly and assembly as a free service in our moving packages.
What items can NOT go in the truck?
Our movers cannot transport plants, hazardous materials, perishable foods, explosives, pets, flammables, corrosives, power equipment with fuel, valuables, cash, important documents, jewelry, or stock certificates. For complete list check our moving tips page
