Our Rates
We charge for a minimum of 2 1/2 hours. Every 15 minutes after that is prorated. The hourly rate begins when our crew arrives on the job site and ends when you are completely moved into your new home. There are no additional charges for extra stops, in-home stairs, or heavy items. We also charge a one-time flat fee for travel time—added to the amount of time our movers worked—to cover the drive from your new home back to our office.

Packing Service:
For your convenience, the moving truck will be equipped with additional boxes and packing materials for purchase. Our movers are trained to pack your home for safe transportation, and they can do it within hours. Our packing service includes packing materials such as plastic covers, bubble wrap, packing paper, boxes, and crates. Our professional movers will pack all or some of your belongings- whatever you need. From dishes to china cabinets, and TVs to your wardrobe, we’ll make sure your house is ready for this move.
Storage Service:
In the event your new home is not ready for you on the moving date, Elite Moving & Storage will provide local customers with storage in our climate-controlled and secure Skokie storage facility. To make it even easier, we will prorate your storage cost daily, so if you need to use it for just a few days during your local move, you will not be billed for the entire month.
