Here is what you should know about your Long Distance Moving Quote:
We are not a broker – We are a moving company.

This is a GUARANTEED NOT TO EXCEED estimate for the inventory and services listed on your estimate. This estimate is the minimum charge for this shipment. In the event that the actual cubic feet of the shipment is greater than the estimate, you will be charged for each additional cubic foot at the guaranteed rate specified on your estimate.

This quote includes:
  • Professional Moving Consultant & Professional moving crew
  • Door to Door relocation
  • Guaranteed rate with no additive rates for the extra items
  • Space reservation on the truck for the inventory listed
  • Disassembly and reassembly of basic furniture
  • Padding of wooden, plastic, metal, upholstered & leather furniture with moving pads
  • Organized inventory list of goods
  • Loading and unloading
  • Fully equipped truck
  • Taxes, Fuel, Tolls & Miles
  • Free 1 flight (7 steps) of stairs on pickup and delivery
  • Up to 1 month free storage and free re-delivery to your new home from our storage (must be requested before the pickup and $100.00 warehouse handling fee will apply)
  • Basic Liability coverage of $0.60 per pound per article
Additional services available upon request at an additional cost (unless quoted above):
  • Packing and Crating Service: With this additional service we will provide packing materials like plastic covers, bubble wrap, packing paper, boxes, crates and pack them all for you.
  • Storage: If your destination home isn’t ready immediately, Elite can store your items in our storage facility and deliver to your new home once it is ready.
    • Payment schedule and forms of payment:
    • 20% deposit that goes towards the cost of the move due at the time of confirming the dates. – credit card or debit card
    • 50% of the total is due at the time of the pickup – cashiers check, money order, cash or credit card (3% service fee added to credit card payments)
    • 30% balance is due upon us arriving to your destination. – postal money order, cash or credit card (3% service fee added to credit card payments)
    Form of Payment:

    We accept money order, cashier’s check or cash and any major credit card with 3% convenience fee (credit card and the cardholder must be present).
